Returns and refunds

At Vondam we want you to be able to shop safely and securely. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it according to our voluntary return policy and your statutory consumer rights.

30-day return policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary right of return within 30 days from the date of delivery .

With our voluntary 30-day return policy, the item must be unused and returned in essentially the same condition as when you received it, with original tags and packaging, where applicable.

The voluntary 30-day return right does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Approved returns

Our voluntary return policy may include, among other things:

• An item you no longer want
• Wrong size
• Request a different size or color if exchange is possible
• Defective or defective goods
• Incorrectly delivered goods

If an item is defective, lacking or incorrectly delivered, the matter will be handled according to your statutory rights and not solely according to our voluntary return policy.

How to return your order

Contact us at kundeservice@vondam.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

We will send you the necessary return instructions, including where to send the item.

1. Contact our customer service.
2. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Follow the return instructions you receive from us.
4. Pack the item securely.
5. Return the item according to the instructions.

Please do not return an item to an address other than the one we have provided to you.

Costs of return

When using the voluntary 30-day return right, the customer is generally responsible for the return postage, unless otherwise stated or agreed.

If the item is defective, missing or incorrectly delivered, we will assist you with the return in accordance with your statutory rights.

We do not charge a replenishment or restocking fee.

We recommend that you send the return package with tracking so that you can document the shipment.

Refund

Once we have received the item, we will process the return as quickly as possible.

In the event of an approved refund, the amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable regulations.

When using the statutory right of withdrawal, the amounts you have paid in connection with the purchase will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. In the case of ordinary withdrawal, however, there may be circumstances that affect the amount, such as a possible decrease in value as a result of unnecessary handling of the goods.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange

We are happy to help with exchanges for another size or color if the desired item is in stock.

Exchanges under the voluntary 30-day return policy are only possible if we have accepted this. Your statutory rights are not affected by this provision.

Items that do not meet our voluntary return requirements

When using the voluntary 30-day return right, we can generally reject goods that:

• Returned after the voluntary return period
• Has been used or worn beyond what is necessary to examine the item
• Is damaged due to customer handling
• Missing original tags or packaging where applicable

This only applies to the extent that it is compatible with your statutory consumer rights.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing online, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. You generally do not need to provide a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us a clear notice before the deadline expires. Once you have notified us that you regret the purchase, you generally have another 14 days to return the item.

You must generally pay for the return shipping yourself when using the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise follows from applicable regulations.

Defective or incorrectly delivered goods

If you receive a defective, missing or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at kundeservice@vondam.com .

Please provide your order number and describe the problem. You may also be asked to send pictures or other documentation so we can assess the matter.

If the product is defective, the solution may, depending on the circumstances, be repair, replacement, a proportionate discount or cancellation of the purchase in accordance with applicable regulations.
